What do you like most about your role?
Evoking students’ recognition of their achievements and strengths, and helping them find “permission” and language to brag on themselves in pursuit of their next steps! Also, witnessing the generous power of the Wake network, not only toward outcomes, but in mentorship and camaraderie.
What do you do away from work?
Enjoy the ever-changing configurations of a household with my husband, two young adult daughters, and silly cat duo. Walk trails with an audiobook, podcast, or 80s alternative/new wave in my ears. And handwork with specific instructions: needlepoint, cross-stitch, paint-by-numbers, latch hook.

You are here to forge your path, not someone else’s. And please study abroad!
