Fall 2026 Events

Fall Career & Graduate School Fair

In-Person on September 16, from Noon-4 p.m.

Due to some organizations already making recruitment plans, we are opening registration now for our Fall Career Fair, our largest event of the year. The fair is open to organizations of all industries and job functional needs.

We will not approve registrations or send invoices until June 1, so that we can have those funds go into our new fiscal year starting July 1. We anticipate slots will fill quickly and strongly encourage you to register now to guarantee your spot. For those who need to pay by June 30 (for your own quarterly or fiscal year expenses), once we approve the registrations on June 1, we will send invoices so payments can be promptly made. See our sponsorship packages here.

Info Session/Tabling

If your organization attends one of our signature events (career fairs or networking events) and you wish to also host an information session or conduct campus tabling, you may do so at no additional cost by working with your WFU account manager to schedule the event. If you have not attended a signature event, fees per event are:

With a busy fall calendar ahead of us, the earlier you can chat with your account manager to schedule an on-campus activity, the better.

On-Campus Interviewing

We’d love to host your organization on campus to conduct interviews with our students. Please speak with your WFU account manager to schedule a date for this no-cost option (which includes lunch, snacks, and parking).
