Fall 2026 Events
Fall Career Fair
In-Person on September 16, from Noon-4 p.m.
Due to some organizations already making recruitment plans, we are opening registration now for our Fall Career Fair, our largest event of the year. The fair is open to organizations of all industries and job functional needs.
We will not approve registrations or send invoices until June 1, so that we can have those funds go into our new fiscal year starting July 1. We anticipate slots will fill quickly and strongly encourage you to register now to guarantee your spot. For those who need to pay by June 30 (for your own quarterly or fiscal year expenses), once we approve the registrations on June 1, we will send invoices so payments can be promptly made. See our sponsorship packages here.
Rate information:
- For-profit rate: $700 (includes 3 representatives)
- Nonprofit rate: $200 (includes 3 representatives)
- Additional representatives: $25 each
- Electricity: If electricity is needed at your booth, there is an additional $50 fee.
Virtual Graduate, Law & Professional School Fair
About the event
The 2026 Graduate & Professional School Day Fair will be hosted by Wake Forest University on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
While this event is for WFU students, we will open it up as a public event one week prior to the event, allowing any Handshake-using student across the nation to register for the event to connect to program admissions reps!
Features organizations will be able to take advantage of (at no additional charge) include:
(1) An unlimited number of representatives who can do one-on-one 10-minute chat sessions with students; each “chat schedule” is personalized with representatives able to set their schedules (within the career fair time frame) based on their own availability;
(2) Thirty-minute information sessions (with a capacity of 50 students per session if you use the Handshake platform or you may choose to use your own WebEx or Zoom link and have no capacity limit). You choose the number of sessions you’d like to host as well as the times for the sessions.
(3) Or a combination of 1:1 chats and information sessions!
More Ways to Recruit
Post Opportunities
If you are ready to share your opportunities with us, you may do so immediately by posting them in Handshake. If you anticipate wanting to interview on campus, have questions, or need help posting opportunities, please reach out to Dana Hutchens at .
Info Session/Tabling
If your organization attends one of our signature events (career fairs or networking events) and you wish to also host an information session or conduct campus tabling, you may do so at no additional cost by working with your WFU account manager to schedule the event. If you have not attended a signature event, fees per event are:
- For-profit organizations: $350
- Nonprofit organizations: $100
With a busy fall calendar ahead of us, the earlier you can chat with your account manager to schedule an on-campus activity, the better.
On-Campus Interviewing
We’d love to host your organization on campus to conduct interviews with our students. Please speak with your WFU account manager to schedule a date for this no-cost option (which includes lunch, snacks, and parking).
