Sponsorship Options

Black and Gold Sponsorship: $10,000

Black and Gold Sponsorships (noncharitable support) are available to employers and include the following:

• Registration for the Fall Career Fair (Sept. 17) with two booths included (8 representatives, 4 per booth)
• Registration for the Spring 2026 Career Fair (Jan. 21, 2026) with two booths included (8 representatives, 4 per booth)
• Registration for any of our Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 networking nights (Financial Services, Consulting, Marketing/Advertising, etc.) with two booths included (8 representatives, 4 per booth)
• Preferred table location for fairs/niche networking events 
• Title sponsorship (along with other sponsors) which will be displayed on WFU campus digital signage for event promotion and sponsorship thank you; corporate logo will need to be provided by the organization
• Targeted student emails via Handshake (based on the organization’s hiring needs and students’ self-selected industry, job function or location preferences which match) to promote sponsor’s hiring needs
• Lunch with career coaches and key campus partners
• Resume books, one for full-time candidates and one for intern candidates; students will self-select to submit resumes for consideration
• Evening information session for interested students 
• Tabling on campus in high traffic student area
• Recognition signage in the Brockway Recruiting Suite

Silver Sponsorship: $7,500

Silver Sponsorships (noncharitable support) are available to employers and include the following:
