Fall Diversity Always Matters

October 6, 2022 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm (open to all students, especially students from diverse races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and disabilities)

Diversity Matters is an all-inclusive event that brings students from diverse populations and employers together for career success. This optimal networking opportunity allows students to ask questions of representatives at top-notch organizations and learn about their diversity programs, recruiting initiatives, and potential positions.

This year, institutions from across the triad are coming together to continue highlighting the value of diversity! Salem College, UNC Greensboro, Winston Salem State University, and Wake Forest University are partnering together to host a collaborative effort to build community and support the success of diverse talent.

The Diversity Matters event begins with a brief welcome, followed by a moment for career education led by representatives from each partnering institution. Participants will then engage in several rounds of networking between students and employers. Organizations from all industries with jobs/internships in a variety of job functions will be included.
