Contribute to the Old Gold & Black, Wake Radio, or The Media. Start a blog, podcast, or YouTube channel to develop your storytelling skills and build a portfolio. Developing strong writing, editing, interviewing, research, and critical thinking skills is paramount. Proficiency with digital tools, multimedia production (audio/video editing, graphic design), and social media platforms will also give you a significant advantage. Cultivating a keen eye for detail, a strong ethical compass, and an insatiable curiosity will serve you well.
