Diversity Employers provides career and self-development information to all minorities, including African Americans, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, Latino/Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and women.
Organizations are increasingly looking for leaders and employees who can work well with people from a variety of backgrounds. Savvy organizations and students see a globalizing economy and demographic trends toward increased multiculturalism in the States. Below are resources for students from diverse backgrounds, for women, and for the LGBTQIA community. Students may be interested in a resource because it represents a piece of their own background and identity. Or they may be interested because they want to work in a setting that promotes diversity.

The Feminist Jobs Board is a high-traffic site for women and feminist job seekers. Check their site or join their email list serve to hear about opportunities for values-based and advocacy work across a variety of domains. Organizing, Development, Policy, and STEM jobs are just a few of the focus areas.
Catalyst is a research and leadership training organization with a global reach. Through their resources page, you can access an extensive list of job search and career advancement sites, as well as networking websites for women and women of color and resources for the LGBTQIA community.
AAUW empowers women in a variety of domains. Their career and workplace site has articles on everything from women in tech careers to general salary negotiation.
Quintessential careers hosts this page which has a variety of networking organizations for women, including groups for women in computing, trade, communications and more.

The Human Rights Campaign uses a Corporate Equity Index to measure an organization’s climate. They publish a list of Best Places to Work each year, along with remarks from organizations about their individual LGBTQIA-policies.
